L’Oréal wanted to simplify the mechanism for field staff in order to determine and manage the return of goods from retailers. Integration into L’Oréal’s SAP system brings improvements in terms of the precision and efficiency of existing returns services.
The mobile solution from mVISE combines user rights management, QR code scanning, returns authentication and tracking. It also has interfaces to L’Oréal’s SAP system and to external package delivery services. Thanks to the integration of the existing returns bags, delivered with the product, field staff had a familiar starting point for the digitized process.
